The place recently underwent some major renovations. The bathrooms have been re-tiled and new flooring and stainless steel appliances have been installed, according to agent Kent Robbins. The garage has also been turned into a game room, with a kitchenette and full bath. It could be converted easily into a mother-in-law suite.
The property, which was recently up for sale then pulled off the market, sits on one-fifth of an acre and includes an in-ground swimming pool and a refurbished wooden deck.
