Dragon Quest X Hits Wii U on March 30 in Japan

Square-Enix has finally announced the launch date for the Wii U version of Dragon Quest X, its latest foray into the world of MMORPGs. The game will hit stores in Japan starting on March 30, with a price tag of 6,980 yen (about $75). Beta tests open a couple weeks ahead of the official release date, kicking off on March 6. Current Deluxe Set owners have received beta test invitations in lieu of a Nintendo Land pack-in. The game?s release will come alongside a new Deluxe Set featuring the game, plus a black Wii U Pro Controller, pre-paid 1,000 yen eShop card, and five health orbs at a price of 42,000 yen (about $450).
